Position Overview

We are looking for Senior Graphic Designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with our designers and sales team.

The goal is to get the clients’ message across.

Description of the requirements:

• Cultivate a solid body of work
• Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients’ needs
• Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
• Amend final designs to clients’ comments and gain full approval
• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
• Produce digital design for a wide range of social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Coordinate closely with copywriters to turning ideas into images or interactions.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across multiple digital channels.
• Stay current on interactive marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure work always meets timing, budget, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure designs are aligned with the overall creative direction and the strategic guidance from the strategy team.
• Actively consult with team leader and account team to become knowledgeable about brand, client expectations, and project goals
• Design materials to support advertising campaigns (KV, OOH, Digital banners, etc.) – 60%;
• Visual thinking, art directing and supervising visual executions – 25%;
• Supporting other creatives in campaign ideation – 10%;
• Presenting visuals to other departments (Account/Strategy/Clients) – 5%.
• Be able to propose innovative and creative ideas in graphic design.
• Confer with team leader to discuss and determine layout design.
• Produce visual and graphic design solutions which convey effective branding angles and key message, such as Facebook posts/animated gif, Facebook App Layout, Website Layout, GDN banner, …

Requirements/ Skills:

• Min of 5 years of experience in Advertising Agency
• Able to understand creative concepts
• Making Creative Concepts solid with Graphical solutions
• Ease to work in a team
• Fast understanding of what is requested
• Having a fresh touch and always find new ways to advertise.
• Being surprising and able to deliver quality work in a short time.
• Inspiring the team and having the ability to guide/mentor junior Graphic Designers
• Being multi-disciplinary
• Having a good level of English as we will work for international clients.
